Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment All appointments must be booked in advance through our scheduling system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their appointment at no additional cost if notice is provided at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment may not be accommodated. Cancellations Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. No-Shows Clients who fail to attend their scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund. Late Arrivals If you arrive late to your virtual session, your appointment will still end at the scheduled time. Additional time cannot be guaranteed. Technical Issues Please ensure a stable internet connection and access to the required platform prior to your session. If technical issues arise on the client’s end, the session may not be rescheduled or refunded. Client Preparation To get the most out of your session, clients are encouraged to complete any intake forms and submit requested photos or information ahead of time.
